We’re exposed to leadership today more than we care to admit. With the ability to create an online business at will, internet entrepreneurs need people to help them manage their ventures. For instance, there’s an 800% increase in teenagers starting businesses since 2009. We’re forced to become leaders. The success and failure of our companies often come down to this one trait.
