Hi. From what I know, Flutter is an all-in-one code builder by Google.

Bubble.io is more of a drag-and-drop style app builder. I think Flutter has some great upside. But it will have a large learning curve. If you’re looking to launch a product quickly, with minimal knowledge or resources, Bubble may be the answer.
