On Prioritizing Yourself: The 5 Things That Will Change In Your Life
Sometimes, it doesn’t hurt to be numero U-N-O.
You work hard in your job, business, relationship, and parenting.
You go the extra mile to maintain friendships or acquiesce to the non-sensical demands of bosses, service providers, and everyone in between.
But that doesn’t mean it’s all for your benefit and progress.
We ignore our own needs… a lot.
We put all our time into others.
We put our money into bills, entertaining others, or helping our friends, parents, and so on.
And sometimes, still be told it’s not enough.
This lack of prioritization is amplified tenfold when we have children.
We would buy them new underwear while wearing ones with holes in them.
Necessary, yes, but not always noble.

An empty vessel in the literal, psychological, financial, and spiritual sense.
One that’s burnt out.
Their body shuts down with a strange ailment at least once yearly.
