This reminds me so much about what Ray Dalio said in his book Principles. I'm paraphrasing here, but as a billionaire, he realized that the essentials (healthy food, good sex, good sleep, and good people) don't get any better the more money you have. Once you figure out what your essentials are, everything else is gravy.
